Cherrywood COLORADO 80122

The rudest woman pharmacy tech and they are always out of regular medication. It’s disgusting when I saw a rat running across in the pharmacy area.

"King Soopers uses very deceptive sales…"
King Soopers uses very deceptive sales tactics. An example is that they presently have a bag of Lays potato chips that retails for $5.49, now on sale for $3.00. Well, a large sign says "$3.00" in very large print. However written in very small print at the bottom of the sign, it says that you have to buy two packages. I returned to the store to find out this deception. A person with normal vision would probably not try to read that small of print. They would probably ignor it on such a large sign. This practice should remind us all that King Soopers does not have a deal, "to good to be true".

"King Soopers life in the ‘50s"
My dad actually fished in the Basalt area of Colorado with Lloyd King in the ‘50s! Dad owned a poultry company in Denver, and sold to King Soopers. They were good friends.
Anyway, my family and others in Evergreen, Colorado are very shocked at what King Soopers offers to its customers….really no excuse…..empty shelves, small and poorly prepared produce products, etc. We now, as do others, go to Safeway. really

(Dad’s company was Mountaire Poultry. Great memories fishing with the Lloyd King when I was about 12 years old.)

"Deceptive pricing practices"
Deceptive pricing practices. Two days in a row I went to King Soopers for sales in their meat dept. and both times substituted non-sales items in the place of sales items in the same bin. One day they sub'd boneless chicken thighs where the sale was for bone-in, but it was in the bin where the sign had the sales price. The other time BOGO for pork loin rang up at a discount vs. instead of 2 for 1. Managers had nothing to say about this. I addition, their digital coupons sometimes are applied and sometimes not - you have to pay very close attention to get your discount. Plus they are charging top dollar for food produce that starts to rot less than a week later. I placed a complaint on the BBB and a week later all Krogers/King Soopers reviews were torn down.

"King Soopers are Horrible Stores"
I cannot believe that this store is not condemned. They are dirty, messy, and boxes are scattered on the floor for customers to trip on. Some of the employees are burnouts, and all of them appear miserable. They act like you're being unreasonable when you ask them for help finding something. Product selection is also poor, and much of the "Colorado Grown" food is rotten. Why is this the #1 choice in Colorado?

I traveled to another state that had Albertsons, and it was clean, had employees that seemed to be reasonably happy with their jobs, and customer service was awesome. It was literally a joy shopping there.

Dear King Soopers,
If you are reading this, go to Albertsons, or IGA, or even Super 1 Foods and see how a grocery store is should be. Then fire your employees, burn your stores down, and start from scratch. Start with the one at Jordan and Lincoln in Parker. That one is especially horrible.

"King Soopers pharmacy at Mississippi…"
King Soopers pharmacy at Mississippi and Chambers in Aurora, CO is staffed with incompetent employees who are rude and lazy! The number of times they have incorrectly filled a prescription, lied about contacting doctors and "not received" prescriptions from the doctor are indicative of poor management which further exacerbates the incompetence and laziness!

"Threatened in public on the basis of disability"
My husband, two service dogs (registered, prescribed by a board certified psychiatrist, wearing vests), and I went to King Sooper's today in Cheyenne, WY, because believe it or not even disabled people need to buy groceries. We stopped by the Starbucks kiosk area for a few min, and I had my husband order at the counter while I waited about 10 ft away with the cart and the dogs. A female employee came up to me and told me that I couldn't have my dogs in the store with me. I told her that "I'm going to handle my dogs as prescribed by my healthcare provider," and she backed down because her male colleague had clearly followed her over to jump in at this exact moment--he stood on the other side of me, closer than 6 ft away, and proceeded to try to bully me into submission. I've seen this before, because as a petite, white, Jewish woman in expensive attire, I am constantly hated on and harassed in public, but the true threat came from the attack on my disability; I have severe depression, and while my body may not look sick or injured, I depend heavily on my two dogs (I frequently lose affect, and tactile stimulus from either of them is the only thing that brings me back to the present). I simply cannot shop without them, which I've never done because in the 50+ times we've been to this supermarket, no one has ever done this to me before. I proceeded to tell him to back the **** up, get 6 ft back, and leave me and my dogs alone. They clearly waited until my husband was away from me to gang up on me. Only when my husband heard yelling did he come over, and even then, when we said we were going to leave, they continued to stand over me and didn't even allow us enough room to maneuver our cart. This happened around 9:20am MST in the Cheyenne location in front of the Starbucks kiosk, and when we were finally able to leave I noticed that a number of other employees had seen and heard. We were likely also on camera.

"So I went to pick up my 18 yr olds…"
So I went to pick up my 18 yr olds medicine today from KING SOOPERS PHARMACY located on Fillmore and centennial in colorado springs Co. so i give the tech the birthday and she looks it up and tells me that it is not covered on my daughters insurance ok no problem so I proceed to put out my wallet to pay for the meds out of my own pocket, so then this lady tech says "I CANT ALLOW YOU TO PAY CASH FOR THE MEDS BECAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER IS ON MEDICAID AND AS SUCH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR MEDICINE" my jaw hit the floor...SAY WHAT? 1st of all there is no such policy regarding meds at king soopers. so at the end of the convo I tell the tech to order the meds that I would pay for them. So I goto the store manager Named: Robert Berington he is nice enough and then after i'm done telling him what happened he told me he would "take care of it" well NOPE this is being reported to the state medicaid offices as well as their corporate headquarters here in Colorado.

"Frustrating"
I ordered Delivery service for King Sooper that uses Instacart. This was my experience.

I would like to give them less than 1 star. While quarantined I spent 2 hours shopping for a $350 grocery list. Ended up placing my order at 11am for a same day delivery of between 6 and 8pm. At around 4:30 pm I got a text that a shopper started. They informed me that my order was big and they only had 1 1/2 hours in a couple ways and when texting me about replacement items I was told they were on short time and couldn’t take too much time on an item. I was also told that due to my large list that they would need help bringing the groceries up to my apt. I reassured them there was an elevator and told them I was under quarantine. He told me he still needed my help. 2 hours later and several texts about replacement items the cart was abandoned. At 7:07 I was contacted by a new shopper. I specifically asked if this order was still going to be delivered this evening or the next day. I was told it was still be delivered tonight. I told the shopper I hearted her because I was so thankful! Between 7:07
And about 9:48pm she shopped, we texted, great. At 9:48 out of nowhere I was sent an email that my delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. When I called Instacart, I was told it was abandoned again and that I will have to spend hours reshopping yet AGAIN tomorrow morning and they are “sorry”. I politely told the very nice customer service lady that I have now spent over 7 hours on this today and tonight and star eyes a recipe for some of the groceries promised me to still arrive. I asked what their solution to this nightmare was? Told me “sorry!” When asked, because I HAD to ask, what they were going to do to right this nightmare, I was told I could have $10 off my NEXT purchase. Ummm NO... I’ve been in customer service in almost every avenue and this is the WORST customer service I have experienced and then not even validated. Do NOT use Instacart!!! I was forced to due to my situation but I will NOT recommend or use ever again. I’d rather pay a neighbor. Ridiculous customer service.

"Nice online customer service"
Nice online customer service. InstaCart fails to deliver food items. Kroger reimbursed us and added $5 store credit. I understood that not delivering all items while charging is a common occurrence with Instacart. The good rating is for the sweet person who assisted me on the other end and the fact they answered after only 2 rings! The one star less than 5 is due to the fact that Kroger does not seem to be evaluating and reporting back to Instacart based off customer service. I was told by a reputable source that Instacart shoppers have a history of adding items unbeknownst to the purchaser, and in these cases keep the food for themselves. One case, a person ordered tuna, and was delivered cat food. I rated Instacart a one star in another review since in my experience only 3 out of 10 orders are handled with care.

"King Soopers Pharmacy- specifically their text message system"
The Text message system SUCKS. I decided to swith to text messaging several months ago and since doing so I have NEVER recieved text notification when Any of my prescriptions were filled consequently. I ran out of a prescription THAT IMPORTANT TO MY health. I realized I didn't have any more of this particular med and was told it had been filled 9 days prior. I told the person on the phone that I would be in to pick it up along with a couple others that I had added to the list through the pharmacy website. So I got in the next day and all but the one I was completely out of was filled. Apparently there was a communication Problem and Someone had put that one back already or between the time I called and when I was able to get there. I should have checked to make sure it was there and didn't. I thought since I had conversed with someone Whom I THOUGH knew what they were doing and would make sure the script was either refilled or stayed there. I guess that is too much to ask of this pharmacy..
