"Customer service was just okay"
I had to call in about an issue with my order, and it took a while before I actually got help. The person I talked to was nice once I finally got through, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. It kind of reminded me of dealing with my old cable company, where nothing was exactly awful, just not very quick or smooth. Overall, not a terrible experience, but average.

"Refund dragged on way too long"
I had an issue with my order and needed a refund, which I figured would be straightforward. Instead, it turned into this long back-and-forth where every support person gave me a different answer. No one really took ownership of it, and it felt like they made it my problem to keep chasing them down. They just kept telling me to wait, but nothing was actually getting resolved. Really frustrating experience for something that should’ve been simple

"I did a pickup order and it..."
I did a pickup order and it was mostly fine, mostly right, but not perfect. A couple of items were wrong and one thing was missing completely. The substitutions were okay, I guess, just not really what I would’ve picked myself. The staff at pickup was nice, really nice, so that part was good. I just wish the order accuracy was a bit better.

"Fresh produce and an easy shopping experience"
I usually have a smooth experience shopping here. The berries are consistently good and fresh, though every now and then I’ll come across a few bruised apples. Overall, the produce is usually reliable.

The app works okay most of the time, but the website can be annoying and glitches more than I’d like. It’s fine for basic stuff, but I get a little hesitant using it for anything important because I’m never totally sure it won’t freeze or mess up.

I use King Soopers online mostly for pickup, and the inventory has been accurate for me. I’m usually the one making grocery shopping harder by waiting until the last minute, so it helps that the app doesn’t add more stress.
Most of the things I put in my cart are actually there when my order is ready, which I definitely can’t say for every grocery site I’ve tried. If something is out, it usually tells me before I check out instead of letting me find out later.
It makes meal planning a lot less annoying. I can put together a list, place the order, and not blame the store when I forget some random ingredient myself.

"Clean store most of the time"
I shop at King Soopers often, and clean the store usually is. The floors are swept, the carts aren’t gross, and the produce area most visits looks decent.
Sometimes the bathroom, it could use a little more attention, especially on busy weekends. Nothing awful or anything, just not always as clean as the rest of the store is.
Overall, it feels taken care of and easy enough to shop in. For cleanliness, 4 stars I’d give it.

"Honestly, the prices are solid"
I use kingsoopers.com regularly, and for the most part the prices feel fair. I don’t have to hunt around forever to find deals, which I appreciate, and the digital coupons actually make a difference. Some stuff is definitely cheaper than what I see at other stores near me, so it adds up a little each week. Then suddenly I’m standing in my kitchen feeling like I beat the system over 75 cents off yogurt. Anyway, for what I pay and what I get, I’m happy with it.

"I swear, every single time I order..."
I swear, every single time I order from kingsoopers.com, the pickup time is basically fiction. They’ll tell me it’s ready at a certain time, I show up, and then I’m sitting there like there is a 100% chance nobody has even looked at my order yet.
I totally get that stores get busy, but don’t give people a time if it means nothing at all. Last time I wasted almost an hour waiting for a few bags, and I’m completely done using it unless I truly have no other option

"Freshness was a bit hit or miss"
Compared to what I usually get from other places, the quality felt kind of inconsistent. A few items were nice and fresh, but others started going bad way faster than I expected. Not terrible overall, just a little uneven...

"Pretty decent pharmacy, just slow sometimes"
The pharmacy is okay overall. The people working there are usually nice, so I don’t really want to complain too much, but picking up prescriptions can take way longer than it feels like it should. Refills are also sometimes not ready when I thought they would be, which is annoying, especially if I’m in a rush. I guess it’s not a huge deal because they do get it done eventually, but it still kind of makes the whole thing frustrating.

"The coupons really do help"
I use the King Soopers digital coupons pretty much every week, they seem to save me a decent amount. They’re easy to clip, and most of the time they come off at checkout just fine. I especially like when the deals are on things I was already going to buy anyway, because with grocery prices being what they are, every little bit definitely helps...

"Nice staff, but you end up waiting around"
The staff at King Soopers are usually friendly when I can actually find someone to help, but that’s the frustrating part. I feel like I’m forced to be patient way more than I should be, just wandering around trying to track someone down. The checkout folks are generally nice too, though some days it feels a little rushed. Overall, it’s fine, but not exactly impressive...
